Wednesday, Sept. 12th 2007 — RIGHTFOOT Teen Center has unfortunately closed it doors due to lack of support and funding. In an effort to raise funds, Rightfoot will be holding a tag sale on the afternoon of September 14 and the morning of September 15. Everything that is taken in will be used to pay off any debts the club may have, including paying back the town.
There are many items for sale, both office and home:
Computers, desks, tables, office supplies, chairs, bookcases, audio equipment, keyboard, movies, cds, microwave, and much more.
Rightfoot provided a needed service in our community and it is sad to see it go away. The interim director, Venissa White, worked hard to keep things going, but without the proper funding the club could not sustain itself.
