Ellis Boxer & Blake's roots trace back to 1971, when the firm’s founder, Ed Kiel, began his law practice in Vermont. The firm’s current partners, Steve Ellis and Andy Boxer both joined the firm in 1994 and Bill Blake joined in 2000. Mr. Kiel retired in 2002. Over the years, the firm has built a team of talented lawyers with a shared commitment to the highest professional standards and to southern Vermont as the ideal hub for a regional business-oriented law firm.
